Cooking for a Healthy Microbiome

Learn how to make sauerkraut in class and take home a jar along with some other gut friendly recipes.

Clean eating focuses on eating whole foods and drinks which are minimally processed as well as free from synthetic pesticides, chemicals, added sugar, and other artificial ingredients. Learn how to read ingredient labels in the grocery store that can help you make better food choices.
