January is the perfect month to reconnect with what makes you feel vibrant and healthy. The holidays were super fun, and not a time to be feeling bad about enjoying yummy food with friends and family. But it can be hard to put the brakes on when January 1st rolls around!
According to then New England Journal of Medicine, the average adult gains 1- 2 pounds over the holidays. While that doesn’t sound like a lot, most of us never lose those pounds again, so they just keep adding up! To get back on track, it’s key to reset eating habits.
