Give yourself the Gift of Self-Care!
January 8 – 12, 2018
I love this time of year, but it’s jam packed with work parties, school concerts, get-togethers with friends, travel, shopping, cooking and more! It’s all so exciting, but a little stressful too! And I wondered if there was a better way to relax, have fun and enjoy the season more?
So I created the perfect gift for those of us who may need a little more “oasis” this year. It’s a super simple, soul-satisfying Self–Care Challenge that embraces the true sentiment of the season! It’s FREE and easy, and it’s happening January 8 – 12, 2018. Most self-care challenges focus on polishing your outer self, which is fun but doesn’t reduce your inner stress. This challenge “feeds” your spirit and refreshes your batteries to give you energy to enjoy the holiday season even more!
So I created a 5 day Winter Self-Care Challenge to help inspire and support you and your health. Many other self-care challenges include activities like getting a massage or a manicure, and while I love a good spa day, it’s difficult to fit it into my busy schedule. Plus, even when I can relax and schedule it, by the time I leave the spa, my stress is back full force!
My self-care challenge is 5 days of simple prompts that inspire you to think of activities that fill you up emotionally, and reduce your stress. Join my FREE Self-care challenge and learn ways to take care of yourself that are fun, easy and lasting.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to join our private Facebook group. Starting June 26th, you’ll get a daily email prompt of something inspiring and soul-satisfying to do. When you’ve done your activity, come back to the Facebook group and share what you did with the other members of the group. It’s that easy!
And any activity is always easier with friends, so feel free to share this with any friends who you think might like a little TLC too!
I love, love, love being a certified health coach and environmental toxins educator! I help women feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, and learn about nutritious food that’s tasty and simple to make! When I’m not working with my amazing clients, you can find me cooking, gardening, playing with my dogs or spending time relaxing with family and friends.
